By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from 303 Vintage, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Return, Refund & Liability Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use this site or purchase from us.

Products & Condition Disclosure

All items sold by 303 Vintage are vintage, second-hand, or one-of-a-kind and are sold “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

Vintage items may show signs of wear, fading, distressing, or imperfections consistent with age and prior use. These characteristics are not defects.

Photos and descriptions are provided for reference only and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or natural garment variation.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted except as explicitly stated in the Return, Refund & Liability Policy.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. 303 Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Customers agree not to file chargebacks in violation of our policies. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with documentation and may result in account restriction or permanent ban.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 303 Vintage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the item.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 303 Vintage from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or disputes arising from your purchase or use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Colorado courts.

RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & LIABILITY POLICY

Final Sale Acknowledgment

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances except as stated below.

All items are sold “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

Sole Exception — Proven Packaging Damage

A claim will be considered only if damage occurred solely due to improper packaging by 303 Vintage.

Customer must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide clear, unedited photos/videos of:

   • The damaged item

   • Original packaging (inside & outside)

3. Retain all packaging materials

Failure to meet any requirement = automatic denial.

Explicit Exclusions

No refunds or returns for:

• Carrier damage, loss, or delays

• Wear, age-related flaws, or disclosed imperfections

• Fit, sizing, or buyer preference

• Damage after delivery

• Claims after 48 hours

• Failure to read listings

• Chargebacks violating policy

• Fraudulent or unsupported claims

Claim Authority

All decisions are final, binding, and non-appealable.
Any approved resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit) is at 303 Vintage’s sole discretion.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Responsibility

Once shipped, 303 Vintage is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Shipping address errors provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information Collected

We collect personal information including name, email, address, and payment details solely to fulfill orders and operate our business.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure third-party processors. 303 Vintage does not store credit card information.
